Kiersten Immel
Kiersten is the lower grade teacher at Trinity Lutheran School (formerly WLGS). Mrs. Immel has served 30 years in the teaching ministry. She graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College with her bachelor’s degree in education and from Cardinal Stritch with her masters in reading/language arts. Over the years, Mrs. Immel has had the privilege of teaching grades 1-6, in the service of the Lord.
Mrs. Immel enjoys teaching all subjects but one of her real passions is reading. Working with beginning and early readers, watching and seeing how they develop into readers is exciting and rewarding.
Birding, gardening, and sewing are all hobbies that keep Mrs. Immel busy outside the classroom, but also find their way into the classroom on a regular basis.
Mrs. Immel married Timothy Immel in 2001. They live near Dundee with their black lab, Maggie.
